Our reviews
Reviews and scores are the editorial opinion of the test desk, based on the vehicles and firmware we had at the time. Makers change coverage and features with updates, so a tool may behave differently on your car. Always check the maker's current compatibility list for your exact vehicle before you buy.
Working on your car
Scan tools can change settings in a car's control modules. Active tests move real parts, and coding or adaptations can leave a car in a state that needs a dealer to fix. Follow the vehicle maker's procedures, secure the car, and if you are unsure, ask a qualified technician. We are not liable for damage or injury that results from using a tool we reviewed.
